How it works

Gourmet Discovery

Take it slow and immerse yourself in all that is bespoke Barossa. Intimate tastings, exquisite dining with the most seasonal produce, and the opportunity to get up close and personal with winemakers both classic and contemporary.

The Gourmet Discovery is a celebration of the region’s extraordinary growers, makers, chefs and craftspeople. With a springtime backdrop of bursting colour and bud-bursting vines, all that’s needed to complete the picture is you, and a glass of award-winning Shiraz.

Why not stay for the weekend and let your tummy and palate be your guide.

Gourmet Trail

This is gourmet, choose your own adventure style. With 14 events staged across the region, we invite you to be as picky or all-inclusive as you like.

Tailor-make your itinerary and follow the diverse and eclectic trail. Lingering brunches, garden parties, picnics, platters and feasts - the choice is yours.

Accompanied by live music, cosy fires and family hospitality, the Gourmet Trail is a must-do event on any food and wine explorer’s calendar.

Gourmet Passport - Purchase your Gourmet Trail Passport on the day at any Gourmet Trail event or pre-purchase online via the event that you intend to start your journey from.
